I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow a processing time of 1-3 days before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 5-9 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order has been shipped.

I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure to include your name and order number on the returned package.
Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing your order immediately after purchase. However, you can take advantage of our easy return system to receive a full refund once your package has arrived.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the mistake. As soon as you notice the incorrect address, please email us at info@biscaynebay-boutique.com
We can update your address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this 24-hour window, we are unable to make changes, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions.
